Welcome to Project: Transitions' new provider database! Our goal is to create a comprehensive database of healthcare providers who cater to the trans community that is accessible to everyone via the web.

We are just getting started and we need your help to build our database! Please take a few minutes to add any providers you know. If you have seen any of the providers already in our database, stop by their profile add comments about your experience.

Organizations:

If you have your own database of trans providers and would rather not add them one at a time to ours, email us what you have at webmaster [at] projecttransitionswa [dot] com and we'll take care of the rest!

Providers:

Please feel free to add yourself to the database. Ifa you are already in our database and there is incorrect or outdated information about you, or you would like your profile deleted from our site, email us at webmaster [at] projecttransitionswa [dot] com. We strive to keep our site as accurate and respectful as possible. Comments left on profiles that are blatently libelous or unnecessarily crude will be deleted as soon as they are detected. However, we value free speech and will not delete comments simply because they are negative.
